Following the temporary maintenance on Tuesday, March 9, 2026, it was discovered that the Pre-Season Avatar from Rank Rewards of the finished Choice Challenge Pre-Season was distributed again.

The issue has now been fixed, and no further incorrect distribution will occur.

► Information about the issue

  • The choice Challenge  Pre-Season Avatar was distributed again after the maintenance on Tuesday, March 9, 2026.

► Corrective Measures

1. For players who have 2 Pre-Season Avatars in their inventory
  • During the regular maintenance on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, 1 of the 2 avatars will be removed.

2. For players who have registered 1 Pre-Season Avatar and kept the other one in their inventory
  • During the regular maintenance on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, the avatar stored in the inventory will be removed.

3. For players who have registered both of 2 Pre-Season Avatars
  • During the regular maintenance on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, 1 of the 2 registered avatars will be removed.
