Dear SOmmunity, We are aware of the issue where item purchase is currently unavailable in the web/game item mall. We are actively investigating this matter. Purchasing items from the website is now available. For the game item mall, we are currently investigating. For a faster investigation, we will be temporarily closing the game item mall for approximately 1 hour. (extended for ~~one~~ two more hours.) We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for your understanding and patience. ---------------------------------------------------------------- June 24th, 2024 The item purchase issue is now solved, so purchasing items in web / game item mall is now available. However, gifting within the game item mall is still in process of fixing.
