*UPDATE* Auction House Issues

When we first fixed the issue at 8:00PM server time, we thought the problem was resolved but there was another issue with the bidding list. Between 8:00PM to 11:00PM, some players that bid on items cannot see it in their bidding list. This issue did not affect everyone, only a few players that were bidding right after we annouced the fix.

The issue is now resolved and we'll be going back and returning the NG that was used to bid on items. We are estimating to finish restoring all of the NGs within 4 hours.

After 4 hours, please log out, log back in, and check your bidding list. If you didn't get your NG returned, please send us a DQ&A with your character name, server, which items you were bidding on, and how much NG.

We apologize for any inconvenenice this may have caused.

SO Community,

We are currently still working on the auction house issues. When you bid on an item, your NG is taken and the item disappears. Your NG is NOT lost. There is a bug that is preventing you from being able to see the item.

We are going to close the auction house and freeze all the auctions while we look into it. We're going to try to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Once the issue is fixed, you will be able to see your bids and the auctions will resume again.
