Trouble Logging In?

Hello Everyone,
 
If you are having trouble logging into the game and the game login screen just hangs after you input your login ID/password (or you get a generic gm_e_01 screen restoration error), it is because your account was inactive for a long time. Please follow these exact instructions and verify your account so you can login normally again to the actual game servers and not only the website:
 
1) Log OUT of the website, then return to this announcement

2) Follow this link to access the account verification web page for Shot Online
https://www.gamescampus.com/account/signingverificationgame/?game=shotonline

3) Verify your Login ID, Password, and Email address the account has attached to it
(If you cannot recall your email due to age of the account, contact us via DQA for further assistance)


Once this process is complete, you will be able to login again to the game normally. We recently installed a new security feature to ensure safety of inactive accounts, this is what is causing the issue for anyone who has not logged in for 3 months or more.
