Recent Mistakes and Our Apology

I am writing this notice due to the recent frequency of errors that have been happening lately.

We are well aware of the issues and we do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.

The first problem that we ran into was the Theurgia exchange and how it became non-tradeable.

We are deeply sorry for it and we can personally confirm that it has been fixed.

If by any chance that you notice that it wasn't resolved on your end, please write a DQA to us and we can check the logs to confirm that the mistake had happened :)


The reason for the issues that triggered these vicious series of mistakes was partly caused by the malfunctioning of the GM Tool.

That is how the Kosmina Shop and Collaboration issue on Advance Channel 1 was created.

We can safely say that all the issues listed above have been resolved.

We truly do apologize with the recent mistakes have caused your gaming experience to be less enjoyable and we will continue to work hard to make this game more enjoyable.
