Shot Online Mini Box -O- Swag

Hello Shot Online Community,



This is an announcement for all the Mini Box -O- Swag winners.

When we initially received the wristbands in September, the wristbands we received were made incorrectly.
We had to ship them back to the factory for a remake.

After about 4 weeks, wondering what's taking so long for a remake, we sent them a call about our wristbands and found out that they have completely forgot about the remake and that they haven't even started working on them.

We explained to them how delayed our boxes were due to this and immediately requested the wristbands to be ready within the following week.

After a week, today, the remake of the wristbands finally arrived but yet again, they failed to make the wristbands the way requested them to be.

So we are left with 2 options right now.

Option 1: We send the wristbands back and get a full refund. Winners will not be getting the wristband. Or

Option 2 : We send the wristbands back for another remake. Winners will have to wait another week or two before they can get their hands on the Mini Box -O- Swag.

After discussing within the team, we have decided to ship the wristbands back for a full refund.
We are extremely sorry to all the winners as the wristband will not be included to the Mini Box -O- Swag.

We will try to order the wristbands again from another company at some point so we can give them out as a prize in the future.
Again, sorry about the delay caused by the wristbands and the fact that wristbands are not being included to the box.
