Hello Shot Online Community!
We are currently experiencing issues with GameGuard which is Shot Online's the anti-hack program.
If you are having experiencing issues with GameGuard, players need to delete the entire GameGuard folder from their Shot Online install folder and then start the game again. This will update the files an essentially be the solution to the GameGuard error. The Shot Online install folder would be located at C:\GamesCampus\ShotOnline Inside the folder, you will see a folder that says GameGuard. Delete the entire GameGuard folder and relaunch Shot Online which you should be able to access the game again. Please let us know via DQA if this is not working for you. We have contacted GameGuard and it is a worldwide problem that is affecting more games than Shot Online as well. They are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. Updated 6:05 PM, 12/03/12 We have found a solution to the GameGuard (380) error and implemented the fix onto the game client. Please go ahead and start the game launcher as you normally do and download the patch. Once your game client is patched, you should be able to enjoy Shot Online again. We're sorry for any inconvenience this issue has caused you. Please send us a DQ&A, if you are unable to run Shot Online even after downloading the patch. We highly appreciate your time and patience. Thank you. Thanks, Shot Online Team
