NG bug for Tour Pro Title

Recently, there has been a bug that was happening every time we changed the Tour-Pro titles 
for the month of 
December and January.

When players would pass the Tour-Pro exam, they would receive
5,000,000 NG's, Tour-Pro Pants and 1 Fedora A100 Plus(Non-Tradeable)
as a prize for passing.

The prizes were distributed during scheduled maintenance dates except 
for the month of December and January which it gave it out as soon as we did the title change.

Along with this, it distributed 500,000,000 NG's instead of 5,000,000 NG's which the developers have now corrected.

We will not be distributing out the Tour Pro Prizes on the maintenance scheduled for today seeing as though
players have already received their Tour Pro items already.
