[IMPORTANT] Known issue after Update regarding Ball exchange

Dear SOmmunity,
 
We have an issue at the [Exchange] ball category in Item Recipe System and we kindly ask you to follow these steps, to prevent any mistakes:

1. Only place the Ball you want to exchange in your inventory.
Example: If you have 1x Persephone-Ball 3PC 250 and 1x Persephone-Ball 2PC 250 in your inventory and want to craft a 4PC 250, the item recipe system will choose any of the ball to exchange.

2. Only exchange 1 ball at a time.
Currently mixing multiple balls at once in Item Recipe system will NOT give the desired ball types and Items and NG fee will be consumed in the process of mixing.
Example: If you mix five 'Persephone-Ball 3PC' at the same time  to craft five 'Persephone-Ball  4PC 250', you will only receive ONE Persephone-Bal 4PC 250 ball and the rest of the crafted balls will NOT be the indicated balls from crafting result page.
For this reason, please exchange ball 1 at a time as it will give the desired item.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but exchanging multiple balls at one time is currently not possible.

If you already exchanged multiple balls at once and you did not receive the correct ball types, please send us a ticket with information about which balls were exchanged and which balls you wanted. Also please let us know a time frame, when you attempted the exchange.

Thank you for your understanding on this matter and will fix the issue as soon as possible.
