Hello everyone,
We are aware that the recent game/GameGuard patch we had is causing a problem for some of our players. Below are some of the issues that we've noticed. - Game crashing with an error message from GameGuard - Error message when logging-in (Err Msg:1048) - PC shutting down when starting Shot Online If you are having one of the issues above, please follow the directions below. - If you are getting an error message from GameGuard, please send us your entire 'GameGuard' folder located under your 'Shot Online' folder. (Default Location: C:\GamesCampus\ShotOnline\GameGuard) - If you are getting an error message (1048), send us your entire 'Log' folder located under your 'Shot Online' folder. (Default Location: C:\GamesCampus\ShotOnline\Log) - If you're PC is shutting down when starting Shto Online, please send us your 'Dxdiag.txt' file. (You can simply search for this file on Windows. If you need more specific directions, please send in a DQ&A) We've already reported these problems to the development team, but we will need more information from you guys in order for us to resolve these problems.
