SO Community, We are aware that there is an issue with the auction house on the Red Channel for when you register an item and it seems to "vanish". Once we get a hold of the technicians we will have this matter resolved. We recommend users to use the other channel's auction houses for now. Sorry for the inconvenience. update Our technicians have located the error and solved the situation. Our technicians are working on retrieving the lost items. Thank you for your patience. update 2 Sorry for the inconvenience but all auction houses are now having the same error. We have closed the auction houses and put all auctions in a "suspended state" so that auctions will remain while we work on the issue. update 3 The auction house is open and available to the public. We apologize for your inconvenience. We will return your lost items through auction house and fix the problem. Currently auction house is running properly. Everyone, who lost items at auction house, will get the items back. We will shortly restore your items as soon as we can. After the maintenance, we start having problem with auction house due to technical reason. We are very sorry about your inconvenience. We will try our best to avoid incident like this.
