Information about emergency maintenance

SO Community,

First, we apologize for the inconvenience about the EXP and stat point errors.

This is what we did during the server maintenance and after we found out about the missing stat points.

1. We gathered the logs of who gained a large amount of EXP then we calculated how much extra EXP the player has gained and removed it. Then we calculated how much EXP the player was suppose to get and manually gave out the correct amount of EXP.

Example from one of the players who it happened to:
Player A gained 67,220,000 EXP
Player A was suppose to receive 67,220 EXP
Player A had one of the Goetia items equipped and it gave them 1000 times the EXP instead of the correct multiplier
We then subtracted 67,220 from 67,220,000 which gives us: 67,152,780. We removed 67,220,000 EXP from the player and manually gave 67,220 EXP to the player.

Now, the stat points and EXP should be correct. If you are still missing stat points, please log out and log back in to see if they are in your character status (Alt + C) window. Please let us know if you are still missing stat points so we may look into it.
