Be sure to pay attention to the lower and upper case of the username and your email.
After you request the information, an email will be sent to you. This email will contain a link to change your password.
 
> Tips for changing your password

1. Avoid passwords that contain your personal information such as names, birthdays or cell phone numbers.

2. Please use at least 10 characters. Avoid changing your password to easily inferable information such as name, date of birth, and mobile phone number.

3. Please change your password to at least 10 characters consisting of a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
