[Resolved] Web/Game/Auction House Disconnection Issues

Hello Shot Online Community

We are aware of the disconnection issues players are receiving when trying to log into the game, website, and auction house.
We have let the development team know about this which they are working to getting it resolved as soon as possible.
We do apologize about this and we will be posting updates as they come in.


 Our development team has reported that the disconnection/auction house issue is resolved.

We would like to recommend that players delete their log folders
along with their GameGuard folders prior to launching Shot Online.

Players will be able to access their Log and GameGuard folders through the directory below:

C:\GamesCampus\ShotOnline\Log
C:\GamesCampus\ShotOnline\GameGuard

Players should be able to access and enjoy Shot Online once again.
If you are still experiencing issues, please submit us a DQA and we will be more than happy to assist you.
