There are 2 level brackets: Minor League: 1-114 Major League: 115+ Time Period: Start Date: 7/17/15 (00:00 server time) End Date: 7/20/15 (23:59 server time) Tokentado Nagoya Levels 1-114 Rounding Fee: 1,000,000 per try at NPC Baxter Time Limit: 60 Seconds Number of tries: Unlimited Number of Cards Required: 4 Maximum Number of Cards to Submit: 6 Tie-Breaker: The lowest average score determines your place. For scores that are equal, the lower leveled player is given the higher placing.
