Weekend Recap!

Date Dec 28, 2016 Views 9,249
Hello Shot Online Community,

The Shot Online Team is back from our Christmas Holiday Weekend, and we'd like to take the time to address three issues that were worked on over the past four days.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Bear Lake EXP Event Removal
As most of you probably noticed, our announcement regarding the Bear Lake EXP Events vanished over the weekend, and along with it, the scheduled EXP Events exclusive to the Bear Lake course. We sincerely apologize for this abrupt change in schedule, as we were notified by the developers that the EXP Event did not work as intended.

To cut a long story short, instead of two unique EXP Events running at the same time (6x EXP on Bear Lake, and 4x to 5x EXP everwhere else), both Events interfered with each other and EXP rates stacked up. This was not intended, and not how the EXP Events worked in the past, so we will continue discussion with the developers on how to resolve this and prevent it from happening again in the future.

2. [Hotfix] Theurgia P65 Boosting
Players who tried to boost their Theurgia P65 over the past few days, noticed that boosting the newly introduced Theurgia P65 with the Christmas Box was not possible. This was probably quite a negative surprise to you, and we apologize for not noticing this issue before starting the sale.

The developers invesigated this bug, and resolved it promptly without the need of a maintenance. Since yesterday, boosting Theurgia P65 should be possible again, as we confirmed it working a moment ago.

3. [Hotfix] Delay in opening In-Game Notes
We received feedback from the developers that they have worked on the database that is responsible for the Note system, and improved (re-indexed) all notes. This means notes should now open much, much faster and not cause these long delays and client freezes anymore.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We'd like to end this "Weekend Recap" announcement with seasonal greetings to those of you who are still on holidays with family and friends. We hope you had, or are still having, a wonderful time (and could play some Golf in between family dinners, maybe!).

For those who are going back to work, we also wish you all the best and strength to get through this week and safely into the new year!

Best Regards and Greetings from Dublin!
