Patchnotes 28.03.2018 (game ver. 10438)

Content update:

-Scenario Chapter 7 Was added.

Bug fixes:

- Visual bug showing in Special premium window EXP tab when opening EXP boxes was fixed. You will no longer see EXP being deducted.
- Rare bug resulting in 0 EXP for round was fixed.
- Rare bug causing Rounding fee not being deducted was fixed.
- Honor pro icon disappearing after returning to square was fixed
- Stat points were corrected for few players who got them after reaching Honor Pro 200+ ranks
- issues with scenario skip book were fixed.
- Issues preventing some players playing WRT were resolved.
