Switching to ‘Non-Tradable’ Status After the Enhancement of the Wristband

Dear SOmmunity,
 
After the regular maintenance on February 24, 2026 (Tue), we have identified an issue where, when enhancing the Wristband, the ‘tradable status’ of the resulting item is intermittently changed to ‘Non-tradable’
 
We are currently investigating the exact cause of this issue.
If you have experienced this issue, please do not use those items and keep them stored in your inventory.
 
Additionally, if you experience the same issue after this notice has been posted, it may be difficult to provide additional assistance. Therefore, we kindly ask you to refrain from using the enhancement of Wristband until further notice.
 
Error Notice
  • After the regular maintenance on February 24, 2026 (Tue), an issue has been identified where the 'tradable status' of items obtained intermittently through enhancement is changed to Non-Tradable.
 
Action Plan
  • If you obtained a Non-Tradable item with the enhancement of Wristbands before the issue is fixed, please contact Customer Support, and we will process an exchange.
*For Wristbands with less holes left(used), we will proceed the exchange considering the number of holes that have already been used.
