[Notice] Shot Online US Server Access Restriction & KR Server Migration Guide

Hello, SOmmunity.
This is the Shot Online Team.
 
We regret to inform you that starting November 26th (Tuesday) at 18:00 (PST), Korean users will no longer be able to access the Shot Online US server due to upcoming restrictions. However, we are offering a migration service for those who wish to continue their Shot Online experience on the Shot Online KR server. Please see the details below for the migration process.
 

How to Transfer Your Account to the KR Server
 
If you would like to migrate your account, please follow these steps:

1. Create a new account on the Shot Online KR server.
2. Do not create any characters on the new KR account.
(If a character is already created, there will be no space available for your US server character to be transferred.)
3. Submit the migration request form below:

The following below are the contents that will be assisted towards the Korean Branch migration:

- Characters within your account (maximum 3)
- Level and Title
- Stats
- Honor Stats
- Scenario Quests
- Secret Note
- Ticket Quests
- Individual Quests
- Completed Quests
- Quests that are pending to be received
- Personal Record (main page only)
- Caddie Levels
- Caddie duration
- Speed Matching Points
- Medal and Key
- Items equipped to the Caddies
- Items that are only:
* Equipped to your characters in the character menu (not inventory)
* Costumes and Cover Clothes that are equipped
* Brooches that are equipped in the Cover Slot
(Items that exist only on the international server cannot be transferred.)
- Legend Club Name
* Legend Club Names will be changed as “Shotonline_KR”. If you wish to change Legend Club names after migration, please send a ticket to the Shot Online KR support team.
- Gold Platinum Membership
* Coupons will be distributed respectively
- Character Name
* Character name will be changed to predefined format and Character name change ticket will be given.)

Important Notes
1. Before the migration process begins, please make sure that all Items that exist only on the international server cannot be transferred.
2. Once the migration process starts, access to the US server will be restricted.
 
Migration Schedule
1. Requests submitted by April 30th (server time) → Migration will take place during the KR server maintenance on May 29th.
2. Requests submitted after April 30th → The next migration schedule will be announced through an official notice.
(To avoid any delays, we kindly recommend submitting your request before April 30th whenever possible.)
 
Additional Information
1. The migration process may take some time and will only be conducted during Shot Online KR server maintenance periods.
2. The details mentioned above are subject to change due to internal circumstances. If there are any updates, we will inform you through an official notice.
