We are actively investigating this matter.

The item purchase issue for the web item mall has been fixed.
Purchasing items from the website is now available.
 
For the game item mall, we are currently investigating.
For a faster investigation, we will be temporarily closing the game item mall for approximately 1 hour.
(extended for one  two more hours.)
 
We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for your understanding and patience.

The item purchase issue is now solved, so purchasing items in web / game item mall is now available.
However, gifting within the game item mall is still in process of fixing.
