We are aware that recently we have been experiencing several server issues.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We have tried our best to search through the reason behind the recent server issues, and main cause is due to emergency electric maintenances from the data center.
Unfortunately, such side effects that can occur due to the maintenances (such as disconnections) cannot be perfectly prevented on our side.
However, the chances of the issues to occur again is low, and even if it re-occurs we will make sure to have it back to normal as soon as possible.
