You can exchange tickets at NPC Belita for:

8 Tickets	4% Exp Box
6 Tickets	Mageia N4 100 + Swing Trainer
3 Tickets	Ambrosia 30% 5

Tickets and rewards are not tradeable. Item exchange ends 24h after missions are over. The rewards expire after 30 days.
