[INFO] Christmas EXP Event Issue

Dear SOmmunity,


Due to internal systematic error, the EXP Event that was planned to run over the Christmas Weekend did not take place.

As a compensation to make up for the issue, we will be having a +20% Bonus EXP event for EXP Special Happy Course,
starting from January 1st 00:00 until January 2nd 23:59 (server time)
