1st Shot-Online Guild Tournament: Rules and Registration

1. Important Dates:

-Preliminary match: 08/19 0:00 - 08/21/05 24:00 CST
-Result of Preliminary match: 08/22 24:00 CST
-Registration for Final selection window closes: 08/24 24:00 CST
-Announcement of Final selection Date and Course: 08/24 24:00 CST
-Final: 08/26 From 19:00 CST


2.Winner result Announcement dates:

- Preliminary match result: 08/22 24:00 CST
- Final Selection: 08/24 24:00 CST

NOTE: Results of the preliminary match will be announced along with the selection of the Final Match time. After preliminary match announcements, the guild master is REQUIRED to submit the list of ordered 5 guild members who will play for final selection.(guild members who played in the preliminary match).

3. Prize Distribution:

- Prizes will be distributed after 08/**
4. Contents:

- Preliminary match: Forneus 18 hole, stroke play.
Score cancellation as a result of slow connection (lag) or irregular disconnect can neither be recovered nor compensated.

- 5 players (representative of guild) have 5 chances to participate and must submit at one score card. (1 score card for each participant)

- Final Selection: Rufus Arena, 18 holes and match play

* As a total, 2 groups will automatically be eligible for the final (Group A number1 Vs. Group B number1?tc)
* If players do not arrive at the designated time, the player forfeits to the opponent.
* If players were forced of the game due to server error, the player will finish the remaining holes after re-connecting to the game. In addition, played holes will be accepted.
* 5 players (representative of guild) will given one chance to participate

5. Rules for games that end in a draw:

- Priority 1: The guild who has more game time will be declared the winner
- Priority 2: The guild who has a lower total handicap value

6. How to Apply:

- Preliminary match: Guild Masters need to apply by sending mail to [email protected]
Enter the following information:

A. Guild Name
B. Character name of the guild master
C. Name of 5 members who are playing

NOTE: Adjustments to entry will only be allowed once.
* Result will be determined by adding up the total scores of total each guild member? sum of 5 score cards; 1st and 2nd place guild will be at the final.

- Final Match: Guild Master needs to apply through [email protected]

- The result of final will be determined by adding up the match play result.

7. Green Fee

- Preliminary Match: Green fee is free
- Final Match: Green fee is required

8. Awarded Prizes:


- Winner Guild : $300 & 10,000,000 NG & 500,000 Guild Points
- 2nd Guild: $100 & 3,000,000 NG & 200,000 Guild Points
- Lucky awards : 1,000,000 NG & 50,000 Guild Points

* We will give $ and NG to guild master.
* We will give GP to guild.


*Special enhancement items can be used during the tournament.

Tips for victory!!
- When the guild master submit the application with list of guild members, make sure put ordered of guild member[Character name] (Ex. #1 Ms. Shaoring #2 Mrs. Elda #3 gogojerrygo #4 imtopofthe?etc). When the guild advance to the final, each ordered guild member will play match game with opponent ordered guild member.

For example
Guild A Vs. Guild B
#1. Ms. Shaoring - #1. Mr. A
#2. Mrs. Elda - #2. Mr. Z
#3. gogojerrygo - #3. Ms. S
#4. imtopofthe - #4. limemint

Therefore, some strategies are required for the order of guild members who are going to participate in the final round.

- Please note that list of guild members who play, can be adjusted ONE TIME ONLY!!
