The timer resets once you receive the item and you will be able to receive another one if you are logged in for 2 more hours! If you get an message "I have no item to give you for now. Please visit 2 hours later." That means you have not been in the game for 2 hours yet. Please make sure you have been logged into the game for 2 hours then talk to Anthony again.
