We sincerely apologize for the login fail issue that occurred on June 7th which has been fixed as of June 14th.

As for compensation, we have prepared rewards and events as well as compensation for the June 15th maintenance.

We have received feedback about Weekend EXP event day falling on ineffective Special Happy Course (EXP). Therefore, we decided to postpone the Weekend EXP Event and Compensation giveaway to next week. 

Please refer below for the event period:

1) US Login fail Compensation 1: Weekend EXP Event

- June 24th (00:00~23:59) : +10% EXP event
- June 25th (00:00) ~June 26th (23:59): +15% EXP event

The +10%, +15% EXP will overlap with the Special Happy Course event.

2) US Login fail Compensation 2: Giveaway Event

4x One Point Lesson Ticket 500 from NPC Ceridwen each day, (once per account) from
- June 24th (00:00) ~ June 26th (23:59).
