Where? - NPC Belita & NPC Freya

When? - 5/25/13, 11:00 AM (server time) ~ 5/28/13, 6:00 PM (server time)

What to do? - Exchange any of the EXP balls that are trade-able and either 100, 250or 500 hole (full) for higher versions.
