Came from a New Years Box. You put it in space next to hair/hat and this one (P30) adds 30% exp on top of any mag or goet you have on.

does it matter

When you wear it and hole out, you receive 3 gold boxes. Looks like a highly upgraded version of the stardust, but i don't believe it's supposed to be out yet.....tis odd to see.
