[Notice] Game crash issue after maintenance

Dear SOmmunity,
 
We sincerely apologize for the crashes that have been occurring since the maintenance.
 
Unfortunately, finding the problem had been a bit more difficult as the crashes did not occur during testing before the maintenance and could not be reproduced on our systems afterwards. Therefore, we thank the community very much, as your information and .erl files contributed to the bug finding.
 
The crashes were caused by the GameGuard update and our teams are working hard to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, it is technically very complex and the process is taking a bit longer than we had hoped.
 
Therefore, we still ask you to delete or empty your GameGuard folder before starting the game until an update could be applied.
 
For this inconvenience we will start a 10% bonus EXP event on the EXP special course from 30/07/2022 (00:00) ~ 08/01/2022 (23:59).
 
This is not the compensation event! Once we resolve the issue, we will hold a compensation event to apologize for the trouble and annoyance this issue has caused

Lastly, Shot Pass Season 4 date will be postponed until the game crash issue is completely solved. We will announce the dates again in the nearest future.
