Tour Pro retest, triple xp/ng, gold box information

SO Community,

Due to the few server maintenances, it caused a lot of problems with the game play. Below are informations for some stuff that could be affecting you.

Tour Pro Retest
Issue: Some players were taking their retest when the servers went down for server maintenance which took away their try.

Solution: we have added 4 more score cards to all players that registered for the tour pro retest. Please log out and back in to update your total amount of score cards.

Triple XP/NG
Issue: last time we had double or triple XP/NG days, some users were not able to log in due to all channels were full.

Solution: We are opening another channel this Friday to support 600 more players! We will have 5 channels that is open to all players (beginner, red, blue, white, and green) and we will have 1 channel that is open to gold members (gold).

Gold boxes
Issue: some players reported that they received nothing when opening gold boxes. Each GM has opened 300+ gold boxes and received either an item or another gold box. None of us received nothing from the gold box.

Solution: if you still think you did not receive anything from the gold box, send us a DQ&A with your character name, number of gold boxes purchased, and the date of purchase. We will look through the logs and if you did receive nothing, we will distribute you another gold box.

Spring clothes
Issue: if you are purchasing an Erda set, you might have received a Zyg shirt or if you are a Shaoring, you might have received an Albus shirt.

Solution: our technicians are looking into it and they will be fixing this issue. If you are one of the few who received the wrong shirts, just send us a DQ&A with your character name, what color shirt you would like, and delete the wrong shirt. We will then distribute the right shirt to your virtual locker.
