Missing Avatar Issue

We are currently experiencing technical issues which is causing players to lose their avatars. We will be working with our development team in addressing this matter getting this issue resolved. We thank everyone who has gave us information regarding the issue helping with our investigations. We hope to have this matteer resolved as soon as we can.
