Shot Online Community,

We understand that some are currently experiencing issue with updating nProtect. Included in this announcement, is the complete version of gameguard which will help you resolve the issue that you are currently experiencing. Please follow the listed directions below as this will help resolve the issue with GameGuard.

Suggestion 1

     1. Download Complete GameGuard folder by clicking HERE
     2. Delete the current GameGuard folder located on your PC (Inside The Shot Online Folder)
     3. Unzip the folder
     4. Put the complete GameGuard folder into the Shot Online folder
     5. Run Shot Online as you would normally
     6. GameGuard should now update properly and you should be able to log into Shot Online

Suggestion 2

We have now included additional files in our newest client which will also help resolve this matter. As re-installing is more time involved, we suggest using this suggestion as an alternative to the one listed above. Whenever re-installing Shot Online, please remember to delete all files related to Shot Online such as cookies, history, registry, cache, temp folder, etc. Do not delete/remove the files while re-installing at the same time. Doing this will void the whole process.

If none of these suggestions work for you, please send us your log files located in the Shot Online folder as a .erl file. Do not copy and paste the text, send us the complete file by attaching it to your DQ&A. If you cannot attach the file to your inquiry, email us at [email protected] and attach the file there.
