Game Guard Issues

Shot Online Community,

 

For those of  you that are experiencing issues with Game Guard, please follow the listed directions below as this will help us in resolving this matter regarding log in problems related directly to Game Guard.

 

 

1. Go into the Shot Online Folder (should be loacted in C:\GamesCampus\ShotOnline)

2. Zip up the WHOLE Game Guard Folder (The complete folder, not just one file)

3. Send us the zipped folder to [email protected]

4. In the "SUBJECT", be sure to put Shot Online ~ Game Guard Folder

5. Within the e-mail itself, please remember to include your User ID

 

 

It is very important that the complete folder gets sent directly to us. Please do not copy and paste the text. Do not try to attach it to any inquiry as the system will not allow you attach the file due to the limit. We need the folder from each player who are experiencing the issue so that we can further investigate and work on the solution to this problem. We will be addressing this matter and compiling all the information from everyone who is having the problem. We want to have this matter resolved as soon as possible and ask that you send us the file immediately if you can.
