[KR migration] Refund Process for Korean Account

We would like to provide guidance regarding the refund process for any remaining CC in connection with the Korean account transfer.
To ensure clarity, this notice is provided in both Korean and English. However, please note that inquiries must be submitted in English only.

■ Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only for remaining paid CC.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on 1 CC = 0.01 USD, using the exchange rate at the time of purchase (USD → KRW).
- Please note that if the submitted information is inaccurate or incomplete, your refund request may not be processed.

■ Required Information
Please submit the following information accurately via DQA:
1. Payment details
2. Date of payment
3. Payment gateway (e.g., KG Inicis, KCP, etc.)
4. A copy of your ID (for identity verification)
? Please make sure to mask the last 7 digits of your Resident Registration Number.
5. A copy of your bank account
? The account holder’s name must match the name on the ID.

■ Important Notes
? Refund requests will be accepted only until Tuesday, August 27, 2025, at 19:00 (server time).
? Refunds can only be issued to bank accounts in South Korea.
? Accepted forms of ID include: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, and Passport.
? All submitted documents will be securely managed in accordance with personal data protection policies and used solely for the purpose of processing refunds.

4.본인 확인용 신분증 사본
(주민등록번호 뒷자리는 반드시 마스킹 처리해 주세요.)
5.통장 사본
(통장 명의는 반드시 신분증의 명의와 일치해야 합니다.)
 
■ 유의사항
환불 신청은 **2025년 8월 27일(화) 19:00 (서버 시간 기준)**까지 접수된 건에 한해 처리됩니다.
환불은 한국 내 은행 계좌로만 가능합니다.
인정되는 신분증은 주민등록증, 운전 면허증, 여권입니다.
제출 서류는 개인정보 보호를 위해 안전하게 관리되며, 환불 처리 외의 용도로 사용되지 않습니다.
