The Maintenance is completed and servers are open!

Patchnotes and changes:
   

1) Double quotation sign was removed from player character names due to issues with item recover after inactivity. Affected players will recieve a rename ticket
2) Halloween events are now over. The Jumping Quests will be active until December maintenance.
3) Multiple improvememnts regarding open Tour, including Channel capacity, and ghosting protection were implemented. as a compensation for issues, until December maintenance, Friday will have estra round of Tour
4) Issues regarding Guild Coin charging Monthly Challenge not counting properly were fixed.
5) During Hole Cup Matchin in Open Tour, instead of displaying the result for the hole cup match, it displays the result of the 9th hole in Open Tour. This is now fixed.


Some small fixes and improvements were also made.
