This Odelia can simply be earned by reaching required level.

Requirement: Reach Level 102
Reward: Odelia(+ 4,4,4,4) (character bound)

2. Odelia II.

Name: Value of Graduate I
NPC: Harold
Title & Level: Master Pro level 106
Requirement: Complete 18 holes on Gleiger -10 or better.
Reward: Odelia II (+ 5,4,5,4)(character bound)

3. Odelia III.

Title & Level:  Master Pro level 109
Requirement: Complete 18 holes on Ct Park Royal -7 or better.

8. Odelia Plus +1 until Odelia Plus +10

The Special Enhancement is a menu option at NPC Hugin. It's used solely to upgrade Odelia Plus ( See Odelia plus requirements "Blessing of Odelia")
You will need the required jewels to seal the Enhancement Stone Map:

10 Hamburgers
10 Macaroon    
10 Beer   
         
These jewels can be earned in our World Travel Course feature.

While the Odelia Plus can be improved considerably by using the Special Enhancement Feature, it's also possible for the upgrade to FAIL. When that happens, the Odelia plus will not be destroyed, but the sealed Special Enhancement Stone Map will disappear from your inventory and you need to purchase a new Special Enhancement Stone Map again and seal it.

Requirement 1:  Have Odelia Plus/Odelia Plus +1/+9
Requirement 2: Purchase “Special Enhancement Map” at Npc Hugin(Special Enhancement menu)
Reward: Odelia Plus +1 /+10 (extra stats added on top of existing stats)
