01/19/2010 Major updates for 2010!!!

Hello Shot Online Community,

We have implemented some major updates during this maintenance!

Here is a list of the updates that were included in this update:


AUCTION HOUSE
There seems to be some confusion since the updated Auction House change. When going to either "My bidding list" or "My selling list" there are 2 tabs located at the top "Old" and "New". Any item(s) that is used even if only 1 durability was used is considered used. For these items that you are either selling or bidding, it will be in the old section (top tab). Any item that is BRAND NEW (not used in anyway) that you are selling or bidding on will be in the new section (top tab). Please check each tab individually as the item you are looking for may be there.

1.Show shot info :
After hitting a ball, you can see your remaining distance, as well as the % of shot power.

2.Practice Density System :
With the new practice density system, you can build up your practice density gauge; once it reaches full, you can receive an 2x EXP bonus for 20 holes!
Here Is How It Works-
Everytime you get a par or better, you'll get +1 added to your Practice Density gauge. When your gauge reaches 2,000 you'll get 2x EXP bonus for the next 20 holes you play. If you are logged out of the game for 48 hours, you will lose 20 points that you have built up which can be earned back.

3.Concede System :
Players below level 20 will have the ability to concede a putt if their ball is within 2.0 yards of the hole, and take the score.

4.View of other characters stat info:
Your items, Character name, Title, Handicap, and Stats can be turned to open to view to other players or closed from public view.

5.New Quests (14) :
Various quests have been added for various levels!

6.Guild locker access:
Guild masters can now give other members authority to access the lockers through a special menu; the categories are divided by their membership status.

7.Updated "Random Join" function:
Random join will now automatically have you join the open room of the player who is closest to you in level, and has created an open room.

8.Items in round list:
Items (clubs, functional items, etc.) should now be equippable in the round list window!

9.Changed the location of cup info:
The information for the hole(distance, and change in elevation) have been moved so that it now shows above the hole, so that it no longer blocks the view for putts when it was below the hole..

10.Personal locker upgrade:
You can now access the other lockers without having to close your locker, and talk to Potter again with the new "Lockers" menu button at the top right hand corner of the locker window.

11.Guild member's login notification menu:
You can now set it so that you receive notification when guild members log in

12.Gold/gold+ club repair discount:
The fees for club repair for Gold/Gold Plus users are now discounted and the discounted NG will show in the information in the chat bar.

13.Upgraded Camilla:
Her swing motion is now more smooth and natural.

14.Announcements/Notices:
The notices that appear at the top of the screen will now have text box similar to the chat box for easier viewing.

15.Upgraded practice function:
A notification window will pop up after practicing in the driving range to choose whether or not to practice on the range again, or return to the square.

16.Block list:
A block list has now been implemented to block chatter from certain players in game; Write "/Block [character name here]" and press enter in chat to block a players chatter, and write "/Allow [character name here]" to unblock the character. To view your blocklist press Alt+B.

17. Sorted Waiting list:
The waiting list can now be sorted by name or level.

18. New course :
CT Park Royal
4.0 Difficulty
Restriction Tour Pro or Higher

19. Brand Mall:
A new name brand mall has been implemented selling special ELORD items! You can access the Brand Mall by going to the in-game item mall and clicking Brand Mall. Please refer to the post regarding ELORD items here!

20. Socket system:
Special clothing and clubs will have the socket system!Please refer to the post regarding the new socket system here!
