EXP loss compensation

Hello Shot Online Community

As most of you are aware, we experienced an issue in regards to EXP gain on Friday morning last week.
During a 3-hour window, players who gained any amount of EXP actually lost EXP, instead of gaining any. This caused most players who played within this 3-hour window to get their EXP progress reset to 0%.

The issue occurred worldwide and has been fixed with an emergency maintenance last Friday, after which nearly all players got their EXP back to what it was before the issue started.

Unfortunately, shortly after the maintenance ended, we received reports of some players who did not receive their EXP back correctly.

The developers investigated this over the weekend, however, they have been unable to provide missing EXP back automatically.

So, we have come up with a solution that will, hopefully, be satisfactory to those players.

Following, you can find a list of all the compensations that have been done over the weekend and will be done today:

·         Today, we will be distributing a “Monday Event Card 5” to all players who have had their EXP set to 0% last Friday. These cards can be exchanged at NPC Melias for a 99% EXP Box (7 Days). The card as well as the box are untradeable. Box will expire in seven days, and this exchange will end within 3 days.

·         Additionally, Today, we will be sending out 3%-EXP-Boxes to all players who had trouble with SOWC last week.

·         Since last Friday until this Wednesday, we set-up a compensation event for all players of Shot Online, collectable once per account. This Event is still available until Wednesday 4th Oct., so please get your items before the event ends  Since Friday, everyone can pick up a Mageia Plus N6.5 100 and a 2%-EXP-Box until Wednesday, 4th Oct.

Last weekend we also increased our EXP Event rates, so we hope you enjoyed last weekend despite of Friday’s issues.
