Maintenance Recap and Compensation

Hello Shot Online Community.


Yesterday, our engineers performed a routine hardware maintenance for all US-based WEBZEN servers.
 
One of the maintenance actions was an update of the operating system on the machine that is running Shot Online. Unexpected issues occured after the update, so the maintenance had to be extended as the server did not start up properly.
 
The team not only tried to fix this issue, they also prepared an entirely new server for Shot Online, as a "fail-safe" in case the old server couldn't be fixed in time. Unfortunately, both procedures required a lot of time to complete.
 
Due to this extended maintenance many of you weren't able to play Shot Online, and might have lost some valuable avatar time. Therefore, we set up a compensation at Grace Vela, where you can pick up a VIP Avatar (3 Days) and one Baxter Lucky Token until and including Sunday, so you can catch up on any missed EXP gain from yesterday.
