The recent PayPal issues have been fixed.

Every player who was affected has received their missing CC.

As this PayPal issue affected an extraordinary number of players, who also might have missed out on our time-limited sales, we have decided to provide a compensation in form of an additional 20% Bonus CC for the amount that was "stuck" in the payment process.
