Hello Shot Online Community!

Happy New Year! As 2019 beginns we have a message from our developers for you!

New year begins, and new things are comming! And to make a good start, we would like to share a few words from our head developer:

Happy New Year, Shot Online Community!
Just as the new year has begun, Shot Online has formulated a big roadmap for the future.

We would like to briefly outline Shot Online's plans for 2019, which we put together taking as much player feedback as possible into account.

Our main goal for 2019 is to provide a stable service and enhance user communication.

It is necessary to provide stable in-game operation, but our results have not been good compared to the effort we've been putting in. 2018 was a disappointing year, and we assume it was the same for all of you.

Therefore, we have set stabilization as our first priority in order to provide more smooth gameplay and remedy the inconvenience caused when accessing various types of content.

Regarding stabilization:

First, there will no longer be a SOWC participation fee from January on.
We will re-open SOWC with free participation in January until continuous disconnection and various errors are fixed.

Second, the guild league will be relaunched!
We tried to fix the instability of the guild tournament, but it didn't go well despite our efforts. Although it was not an easy decision, we will have to close the existing guild tournament during the January maintenance and prepare a new guild league.
We're excited to be launching the new guild league and hope you're looking forward to it.
In addition, we've received many opinions from players. It was time for us to think about what we needed to improve and focus on.

We would like to implement the most important improvements as soon as possible.

First, a buff confirmation window will be added.

We will add a confirmation window which allows you to decide whether or not to get a victory buff
.
Second, quest difficulty will be adjusted.

After the 5th scenario quest, we plan to reduce the difficulty level of quests. This is in response to feedback that players are having to repeat quests and meet excessive quest-completion conditions.

Also, we will continuously review suggestions from players and implement changes as soon as possible.
Here are the suggested changes that we gathered and plan to implement in 2019:

1) Extend "Char-bound" inventory

- It will be extended by about 1.5 to 2 times the existing inventory space.

2) Add trial clubs

- A trial club, which will allow you to try out a club in advance, will be available via the NPC shop.

3) Add "Swift Stroke" mode in the World Course

- Swift Stroke mode will be available in the World Course.

In addition to the above, we are preparing various updates. We hope you will have a fun golf trip with Shot Online in 2019!

Thank you.

We hope you will find this informative.

Keep Golfing!
