Fresh start for DQ&A!

Dear Community,
 
During the past few weeks some of you who sent in a DQ&A have experienced a delay in receiving a response.
 
Since our recent announcement on the forums, we are trying to catch up with the large amount of DQ&As left the in queue, but we realized that most issues we respond to were already resolved by the time we read the inquiry, or are outdated to the point that no help is required anymore. We have also seen a great amount of duplicate DQ&As.
 
Due to the large amount of such inquiries, other, more urgent topics suffer from delayed responses. We would like to respond to inquiries faster and more effectively, and the only way we can achieve this, is by closing down all DQ&As that are currently open. By doing this, we not only get a fair chance to start fresh, but also the opportunity to only reply to DQ&A inquiries that are still relevant and require attention.
 
We urge everyone who had a DQ&A open, and still requires assistance, to open another DQ&A. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
 
It is understandable that some of you who still require help are frustrated that your DQ&A was closed, so please accept our apologies as we are only trying to help everyone more effectively from now on.
 
We appreciate your understanding.
