Before we talk about the changes, I'd like explain why we are making these changes.

Currently, level 20 or below players receive bonus EXP and NG when rounding with a high-level player.
This system was intended to help the new players level faster and to help them learn more about the game from playing with an experienced player.

However, after carefully examining the game-trend, we were able to confirm that this system is being used in a way that we did not intend.
The bonus EXP from rounding with high-level players were intended to help new players quickly gain levels, it was not intended to easily raise new students for the Odelia quest.

To stop players from abusing this system, we will be making 2 big changes.

1. Beginners (under level 21) will no longer receive bonus EXP or NG when rounding with a high-level player(s).

2. Odelia Quest will have new requirement.

New requirement for Odelia
- Must raise 3 students to level 21 or higher.
(Changed from "raise 10 students to level 41 or higher")

This change will actually help players save their time & money.
(It is much easier to raise 3 characters to level 21!)

Accepting Students
- Players can be accepted as students from level 1~20. (down from level 1~30)
