Server lag issues has been resolved!
The lag was caused from another server that was located next to our game servers. Our technicians changed the settings of the other server that was causing the lag on our server and now everything is fine.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We are extending the 2x EXP/NG by 1 hour.

We are still working on the lag issue. Now our technicians are finding various causes and removing those causes to resolve the lag.
The lag issue is not caused by the game servers but it is caused by the company that provides service for our game servers.
Our technicians has no power over it and they are currently working with the service provider technicians in resolving this lag issue.
We do not have an estimated time of resolving this lag issue but we hope soon.
SO Community,
We are now experiencing a lot of lag and it is causing some login issues. Our technicians are looking into it now and we hope to find the solution soon.
We will continue with the 2x EXP/NG for 24 hours but we recommend not playing Mastery Mode since disconnect might occur.
Please be patient while we try to resolve this.
